    The Colebrooke river runs behind my house and around our farm for approximately 1 km. It’s a place I’ve always loved since I was a child.     I have had in the past euphoric dreams of flying and a few belong to the flying club – not everyone has them. Mine sometimes have fearful elements with hazards, chaos but the sense of leaving the ground cannot be conveyed by my inadequate words. This an attempt to recapture this elusive utopia.

    After 20 years we have sold our family home and moved on to our next adventure. Step 1 a rental property in the Wairarapa, step 2 build a house on our 10 acres. This is waking up on the first morning of our new adventure – shrouded in mystery.
