This and my next post are images from my IR converted camera.

The images this camera produces are similar to the world that we see, but at the same time very different.

I understand that some animals see in monochrome and some are sensitive to parts of the spectrum that we are not. Even different people see things differently due to colour blindness or other optical variations.

So what each of us perceives as “normal” is potentially something quite different.

  1. Any photo is not ‘normal’ as it is a one dimensional representation of a three dimensional world. All you are doing is taking it one more step – and I like that because it becomes a more personal representation of the world you were observing. Keep pushing the boundaries Ian.
