Out the back of an old, partly burnt-out church in Koroni, Greece, I found this old chair, resting in front of a moulding and crumbling wall. Its woven seat had long-since fallen through and had been replaced by a few planks. Maybe in summer it received a few visitors, but right now it’s pretty much alone.

  1. Vicki I find this such a beautiful image. I love the patina on the wall and the feeling that the colors and the actual object evoke. Beautiful.

  2. Layer upon layer of paint

And layer upon layer of story to imagine

    I love it

  3. Vicki, for all the same reasons as Ian and Pauline I love this too. Such warm inviting colours. So many stories to imagine,
