We passed this Diner on Route 104 in New Hampshire regularly, then one day we stopped for a meal. We were surrounded by a collection of old road signs etc and some great murals. What did we eat? Pancakes and waffles with heaps of maple syrup!!!! That’s why we only went once.

Although it was not the maple syrup season, we saw as we drove along maple syrup huts on residential properties – we knew what they were because they would have a little sign on them. Quaint.
